Nat’s on Bleecker | Bold Color and Playful Form by Bolt Builds

Bolt Builds designed and built Nat’s on Bleecker, a 3,100-square-foot restaurant nestled between SoHo and Greenwich Village, where postmodern Italian design meets downtown New York City energy.

Drawing from the Memphis style of the 1980s, the space embraces saturated hues, bold geometries, and high-contrast black-and-white patterns that define its dynamic character. Custom banquettes, tables, and a sculptural squiggle ceiling light add rhythm and personality, while the interplay of material and lighting creates a sense of movement and depth throughout the dining room.

Completed in just 3.5 months through Bolt’s integrated design, build, and fabrication process, Nat’s on Bleecker captures the spirit of 1980s exuberance reimagined for today—a vibrant, expressive dining experience that celebrates form, color, and craft.
